We take training seriously — with our own dedicated training centre and collaborations with trusted external providers, we ensure every helper meets the highest standards before joining your household.
Our structured Pre-Employment Training Programme equips helpers with essential skills in general housekeeping, cooking, infant and child care, elderly care, and even pet care. Specialised training, such as caregiver courses and local cooking classes, can also be arranged based on your family’s specific requirements.
We also ensure every first-time helper completes the mandatory Settling-In Programme (SIP) within their first week in Singapore, covering important topics like safety, employment conditions, and stress management.

Elderly Care: Administering medication, preparing dietary meals, basic physiotherapy, and ensuring home safety.

First Aid and Safety: Managing household accidents, applying basic first aid, handling slips, falls, burns, and recognising signs of serious injury.
General Housekeeping: Cooking, laundry care, cleaning, equipment handling, grocery shopping, and errands.
